We accept major credit cards and checks. A deposit is required to book any event for any client with whom we have not previously established an account. The final balance is due 2 to 15 days prior to event depending on type of event and agreement established.
For larger events and weddings, we will need to meet with the principal parties in order to fully customize your event. A written proposal may be submitted via email and teleconferences may be arranged if desired. To lock in a date while logistics are being worked out, a non-refundable lock in fee of $500 (the value of this fee is will be given as a credit toward client's final event balance) may be remitted with the understanding that final contract signing and planning should be completed within a thee to five week time frame. Upon signing the contract, a deposit equaling 25 % of the total value of the contract will be due. An additional 25% will be due no later than 60 days prior to event. A modified progress payment plan may be done if desired by client. We will work with any client in setting up monthly or bimonthly payment plans to fit their budgets. Final payment will be due 10 days prior to event in guaranteed funds.
Cancellations are stated in contactual agreements when such exists. That policy will override any other stated policies. For smaller events scheduled within a month of the event, no cash refunds are applicable. However, the value of payments may be applied to the rescheduling of the original event within the upcoming 30 days.
